Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,363 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTROB, TNK1, and CDC25A. Each is linked with ARHGEF10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF10-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF10 results are reported.
