ARHGDIG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGDIG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGDIG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4476, HECW1-IT1, and OR51C1P. Each is linked with ARHGDIG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGDIG-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGDIG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4476 grouped by ARHGDIG-low versus ARHGDIG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGDIG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGDIG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
