Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGDIA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,592 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGDIA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein depolymerization, rRNA 5'-end processing, and CMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ARHGDIA in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGDIA-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGDIA results are reported.
