Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,990 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, and Regulation of inner ear receptor cell differentiation. Each is linked with ARHGAP8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP8-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP8 results are reported.
