ARHGAP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,313 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO2, TNXB, and KANK2. Each is linked with ARHGAP6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP6-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP6 versus SYNPO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
