Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 118 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB125, TAS2R9, and ASZ1. Each is linked with ARHGAP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP6-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB125 grouped by ARHGAP6-low versus ARHGAP6-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
