Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,845 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP45-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Negative regulation of autophagosome maturation. Each is linked with ARHGAP45 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP45-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP45 results are reported.
