Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 580 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP45-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, HMGXB4, and TRMU. Each is linked with ARHGAP45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP45-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP45 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBY1 grouped by ARHGAP45-low versus ARHGAP45-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP45→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
