The most reproducible ARHGAP42P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Import into nucleus, Regulation of protein polymerization, and Positive regulation by host of viral genome replication. Each is linked with ARHGAP42P5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP42P5-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP42P5 results are reported.
