The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher ARHGAP42P5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP42P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS show a favorable association.
