Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP42P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,893 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP42P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine nucleotide biosynthetic process, tRNA modification, and Non-canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with ARHGAP42P4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP42P4-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP42P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pyrimidine nucleotide biosynthetic process grouped by ARHGAP42P4-low versus ARHGAP42P4-high in STAD.
