Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP42P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,642 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP42P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA polymerase II regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding, Glycosylation, and ERAD pathway. Each is linked with ARHGAP42P1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP42P1-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP42P1 results are reported.
