Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 422 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP42-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC195, GCAT, and SAMM50. Each is linked with ARHGAP42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP42-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC195 grouped by ARHGAP42-low versus ARHGAP42-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP42→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
