The most reproducible ARHGAP31-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP31_S954, NCOA7, and ARHGAP31. Each is linked with ARHGAP31-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP31-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP31-AS1 results are reported.
