Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGAP29 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGAP29 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ARHGAP29 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ARHGAP29 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
