ARHGAP29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 673 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP29-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCOC, PPP1CC, and KATNA1. Each is linked with ARHGAP29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP29-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCOC grouped by ARHGAP29-low versus ARHGAP29-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
