Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP29-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,085 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP29-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neutrophil chemotaxis, Granulocyte chemotaxis, and Positive regulation of leukocyte migration. Each is linked with ARHGAP29-AS1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP29-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP29-AS1 results are reported.
