Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGAP29-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARHGAP29-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ARHGAP29-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP29-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, BLCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where ARHGAP29-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
