ARHGAP28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,775 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP28-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYMSOS, NCAPH2, and UFD1. Each is linked with ARHGAP28 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP28-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TYMSOS grouped by ARHGAP28-low versus ARHGAP28-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP28→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
