Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGAP27 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGAP27 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ARHGAP27 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SCLC, SKCM, and HNSC are the cancer types where ARHGAP27 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
