ARHGAP27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,914 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANXA1, S100A11, and CAMSAP3. Each is linked with ARHGAP27 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP27-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP27 versus ANXA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP27→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
