The most reproducible ARHGAP27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly, and Glycerolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ARHGAP27 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP27-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP27 results are reported.
