Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 190 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP27-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSTN, PRR23C, and AWAT1. Each is linked with ARHGAP27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP27-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSTN grouped by ARHGAP27-low versus ARHGAP27-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP27→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
