Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP26 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP26-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Cyclin-B1, and eIF4G. Each is linked with ARHGAP26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP26-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP26 results are reported.
