Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,755 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fibroblast migration, Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization, and Keratinocyte activation. Each is linked with ARHGAP26 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP26-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP26 results are reported.
