Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,451 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, APOBEC3H, and NCF4. Each is linked with ARHGAP25 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP25-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP25 versus CYTH4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
