Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,118 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP1B2, KLHL3, and CCNB2. Each is linked with ARHGAP25 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP25-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP1B2 grouped by ARHGAP25-low versus ARHGAP25-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
