Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,015 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein catabolic process, Positive regulation of matrix metallopeptidase secretion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ARHGAP25 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP25-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP25 results are reported.
