ARHGAP25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBX2, DEFB118, and CBLIF. Each is linked with ARHGAP25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP25-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBX2 grouped by ARHGAP25-low versus ARHGAP25-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
