Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 457 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP24-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF771, CCR8, and BHLHA9. Each is linked with ARHGAP24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP24-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF771 grouped by ARHGAP24-low versus ARHGAP24-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP24→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
