ARHGAP23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,012 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAPOLB, SGCB, and UBTD2. Each is linked with ARHGAP23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP23-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAPOLB grouped by ARHGAP23-low versus ARHGAP23-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
