Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,272 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP21_S1514, PRTFDC1, and CUL2. Each is linked with ARHGAP21 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP21-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP21 versus ARHGAP21_S1514 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
