Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 538 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H6, KSR2, and TNK1. Each is linked with ARHGAP21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP21-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H6 grouped by ARHGAP21-low versus ARHGAP21-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
