Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP19-SLIT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,828 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP19-SLIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLIT1, SEC61A2, and SUZ12P1. Each is linked with ARHGAP19-SLIT1 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP19-SLIT1-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP19-SLIT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP19-SLIT1 versus SLIT1 in THCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP19-SLIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP19-SLIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
