Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP19-SLIT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,804 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP19-SLIT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIP2_S42, KIF5C, and PDLIM1. Each is linked with ARHGAP19-SLIT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP19-SLIT1-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP19-SLIT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP19-SLIT1 versus CLIP2_S42 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP19-SLIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP19-SLIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
