Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,814 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AFG3L2, PPP1R18, and STAB1. Each is linked with ARHGAP18 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP18-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP18 results are reported.
