Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,741 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP18-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QB, TRPV2, and STAB1. Each is linked with ARHGAP18 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP18-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP18 versus C1QB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
