ARHGAP17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,861 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP17-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFPQP1, ATP5MC3, and BOLA3. Each is linked with ARHGAP17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP17-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SFPQP1 grouped by ARHGAP17-low versus ARHGAP17-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
