ARHGAP11B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP11B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,821 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP11B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAD2L1, MKI67_S357, and RRM2. Each is linked with ARHGAP11B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP11B-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP11B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP11B versus MAD2L1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP11B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP11B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
