The most reproducible ARHGAP11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM36, SLC22A8, and LACTBL1. Each is linked with ARHGAP11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP11A-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP11A results are reported.
