Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGAP11A RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARHGAP11A data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ARHGAP11A RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP11A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and THYM show a favorable association.
KIRP, ACC, and MESO are the cancer types where ARHGAP11A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
