Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARGLU1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,655 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARGLU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZDHHC23, EXOSC8, and CCDC34. Each is linked with ARGLU1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARGLU1-to-partner and partner-to-ARGLU1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARGLU1 versus ZDHHC23 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARGLU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARGLU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
