Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARGLU1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARGLU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, N-Ras, and p53. Each is linked with ARGLU1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARGLU1-to-partner and partner-to-ARGLU1 results are reported.
