Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARGLU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,027 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARGLU1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-transcriptional tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, mRNA splice site recognition, and Ribosomal protein import into nucleus. Each is linked with ARGLU1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARGLU1-to-partner and partner-to-ARGLU1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Post-transcriptional tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery grouped by ARGLU1-low versus ARGLU1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
