Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARGFXP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,538 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARGFXP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, LGALS1, and ANTXR1_S563. Each is linked with ARGFXP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARGFXP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARGFXP1 results are reported.
