Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARGFXP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARGFXP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ARGFXP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARGFXP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO show a favorable association.
THYM, LIHC, and KICH are the cancer types where ARGFXP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
