Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARGFXP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,567 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARGFXP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mammary gland development, Epithelial tube formation, and Peptidyl-cysteine modification. Each is linked with ARGFXP1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARGFXP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARGFXP1 results are reported.
