ARFRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 287 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1L2B-AS1, MIR3162, and RNU6-165P. Each is linked with ARFRP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFRP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1L2B-AS1 grouped by ARFRP1-low versus ARFRP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
