ARFIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,348 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT4B, GNAI2P1, and HSPE1-MOB4. Each is linked with ARFIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFIP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUDT4B grouped by ARFIP1-low versus ARFIP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
