ARFGEF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFGEF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,396 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGEF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HID1, PBOV1, and MAP7. Each is linked with ARFGEF3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGEF3-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGEF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARFGEF3 versus HID1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFGEF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFGEF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
